I have a pet dog who can talk.

In English corner this afternoon, I gave my students this prompt and told them to write a story. Here is what I got:

I have a pet dog who can talk. Her name is Sarah. one day She have a new baby. The baby was born 2.31 (February 31st...???). It head likes cat but it bady (body) likes dog. One day, The baby was hungry. And it "woof, woof". Sarah can't say dogs langauge. Sarah can speak korean (whaaat??). And she told to me; her baby wants to drink some milk. I see and I gave her baby some milk That was fun.

I have a pet dog. And her name is Brook. She's five years old. She's brown and write (white). And I like her very much! One day, she catch a mouth (mouse). And she said to me
"Cathy! I found a mouth (mouse)!"
"Oh. It was to scary! How did you found it?"
"I found it in your new shoe!"
"..." =_= (<-- that's a face)!!

I have a pet dog who can talk. His name is Black (this story was written by my student, White). One day I bourgt (bought) him I didn't know that he can talk. But 1 day I was caught by a policeman. The dog was worried about it. So he became the leader of the police office and said "He can live!" So I leave for my home. after that, I love this dog very much.

I have a pet dog, His name is Apple. One day He said: I want to go to the movies with you tomorrow. I said: I am busy tomorrow. But if you can catch a mouse, I will go to the movies with you. Then, He gave me the mouse. I ask him: How do you catch the mouse. He said: My wife give me this mouse, because my wife is a cat! -------The End.

It's things like this that make me smile and remember why I am in China.
