Project 365

Last week, I received an e-mail from my friend Jennie. In the subject line was My Project 365 Album. Intrigued, I clicked on the e-mail. In her message, she described a project "where you take a picture every day for one year." Doing this not only allows you to look back on any day of the year and remember what you did, but it also is a way to improve your photography skills (or lack thereof).

Within minutes I had decided that I would hop on board with Project 365.
Three days later, I took my first picture:

All of the Junior 1 students (almost 1000 kids) gathered in the cafeteria to sell all kinds of random junk. Ashley and I went to check it out and were immediately mobbed by the crowd trying to sell us their wares. Anything from a well worn teddy bear to a picture of a “handsome boy” to bear claw key chains and books, notebooks, and highlighters. It was insane.
